1st Battle of MYSTIC ISLANDS.

I decided to have a small skirmish to test out the rules for use of cover. All worked well with the British Sailors being victors.

The Prussians.

The victorious British Sailors.

Casualties were 15 for the Prussians and 5 for the British.

The Navy had two units against the Prussian three units.

The rules worked very well and I've decided to obtain more figures.

Hi...I completed the painting of the British Sailors and Prussian figures for my MYSTIC ISLANDS Project.

The painting went well and I completed the figures by printing Flags.

Next installment should be about a Skirmish Game for Mystic Islands.

NEW BUILDINGS- for Mystic Islands.

 Hi...I've built some Cottages and a Steam Launch for my Mystic Islands Project.

The Buildings are made mainly of Cardboard.

I used Super Glue by Parfix.

The Steam Launch and spare boat are for the British Sailors.

The 28mm Figures I ordered from the Foundry (UK) should be here tomorrow.

A NEW Project- MYSTIC ISLAND.

Hi...I have decided to start a new project featuring British Sailors and Prussians. I've ordered the 28mm figures from Wargames Foundry in England- the order should arrive here by the end of next week.

The Naval Brigade- I've ordered three packs which will give me at least 18 Sailors for a unit.

I only need the Pith Helmeted Officer and the Officer pointing.

Pity that WGF do not supply the figures separately.

The Prussians- On order are figures at the ready and advancing.

I've come up with the title for the project to be 'MYSTIC ISLAND'.

I'm looking forward to doing this fictional project- it'll be great to build a steam launch for the sailors.
