SQUADS of 10 Figures.

Hi...I've decided to field Squads of 10 Figures for my Sci-Fi 25mm Infantry. I'll keep the Power Armour troops to Squads of 8 Figures.

When my latest order from Ground Zero Games arrive I will have enough figures to make up contingents of 4 Infantry Squads and 1 Power Armor Squad.

I'm very pleased with the GZG Figures.

I'm hoping to make up three separate Contingents-

NAC, KraVak and what I call Dutch.

Sunday Morning BATTLE.

 Hi...Today we had our first Battle with the GZG 25mm STARGRUNT Figures.

FIRST Battle of STARGRUNT in 25mm.

Hi...I've played out my first game with my NAC Marines and KraVak Aliens.

The KraVak had taken over 50% casualties- failed their Morale and were forced back.

PAINTED 25mm Sci-Fi Figures.

 Hi...My GZG ordered figures arrived yesterday- I've since painted up the NAC and KraVak Figures.

I had a good time painting up the sixty odd figures.

Well pleased with how the figures turned out.

FIGURES on ORDER.

 Hi...At present I await the delivery of my GZG (Ground Zero Games) miniatures for STARGRUNT from England. I 've ordered New Anglian Confederation Marines and KraVak aliens.

GRAV TANK Battle in 25mm.

 Hi....I've had two Grav Tank Battles in 25mm- in the first game it was the KraVak Tank which was knocked out by the NAC Tank. In the second game the NAC Tank was taken out by the KraVak Tank.

The NAC Grav Tank keeps up the successful firing.

The KraVak Tank brews up- defeated,

The rules are straight forward. On a D12 Dice a score of 9+ is needed to score a Hit - each Tank fires 3 times per turn. Armor Saving needs a 9+ to negate a Hit. The Tanks can take up to 6 Hits damage.

Battles usually last five to six turns.

Well pleased with the Grav Tanks and my simple rules for battle.

Scratch Built SCI-Fi TOWNSHIP.

 Hi...Thought to show you my scratch built Township in 25mm. I used Cardboard, MDF, Plastic Containers and Lids. Well pleased with how the Township has turned out- should be ideal for our Sci-Fi games.

                               

At present I await the postage of my NAC and KraVak figures by Ground Zero Games in England.

MINIATURE WARGAMING - Scratch Buildings.

 Hi....I had a busy day yesterday making some Buildings, Walls and Grav Tanks in 25mm.

                      Sci-Fi Small Village in 25mm.

I used Cardboard and MDF.

I had a good time scratch modelling - it is fun to make things out of simple raw materials.

MINIATURE WARGAMING - 25mm Sci-Fi.

Hi...Today I regained my 4ft x 11ft Gaming Table in readiness for some future Wargames. I've ordered some GROUND ZERO GAMES 25mm 'Stargrunt' figures from England.

On their way from England will be 24 New Anglian Confederation (NAC) Marines.

I previously have had these figures and they paint up really well - very fond of them.

Also there will be 24 KraVak figures.

I haven't had the KraVak before and am well pleased with the designed Aliens.

The Plan is to eventually paint up the NAC and KraVak contingents, write some rules and have a Wargame here with my Friend GREG Mc.

I hope to do some Terrain and come up with some suitable Buildings for our games.

DOCTOR WHO - The 4th Doctor 5.5inch FIGURE.

 Hi...Thought to show you my 4th Doctor as played by Tom Baker between 1974 and 1981 (8 Years) with 172 Episodes completed. Tom is the longest serving Doctor WHO. My Character Options figure is from the Eleven Doctors Set- some of the English Collectors may have up to eight variants of the same figure in their Collections - I've settled for just one 4th Doctor. DOCTOR WHO- The CYBERMEN Collection.

 Hi...Thought to show you my CYBERMEN Collection. The figures are excellently made by Character Options of the UK and I'm well pleased with the figures- they are quite tall. For adversaries of the Doctor I have eight DALEK, seven SONTARAN, six CYBERMEN, five VOORD and three SILARIANS. I do hope to add some more figures- at present awaiting the delivery of a Jack Harkness figure. Cheers. KEV.

DOCTOR WHO - The Alien VOORD figures.

Hi....Thought to show you my Alien VOORD figures- they hail from the 1st Doctor's adventures in the series 'The Keys of Marinus' - where the VOORD inhabit islands of glass and an acedic sea. I'm very fond of the VOORD Aliens - great figures and I'm well pleased to have them in my Collection. Regards. KEV.

 

DOCTOR WHO - The TARDIS Console model.

Hi...Thought to show the TARDIS Console model as scratch built by a chap from the UK who sells them on eBay. The TARDIS Console is in exact scale for the 5.5inch Character Options Doctor WHO figures. The Console is excellent. KEV. 

DOCTOR WHO - The DALEK Collection.

Hi...Thought to show my DALEK Collection. I have eight Daleks which is less than some of the English Collectors who have twenty or more Dalek in their displays. I've been paying around $40 per Dalek- which is a good price to pay. Very pleased with the Daleks -they are extremely well made- some of which are from the 'Rememberance of the Dalek' episodes of Doctor WHO. Regards. KEV. 

DOCTOR WHO - The SONTARAN.

 Hi....Thought to show you my display of SONTARAN soldiers. I prefer these ones to the later blue uniformed types. With the Sontaran Spheres - I wasn't about to pay $400 for genuine sphere ships so I purchased some $3.50 Toy Rubber Balls and made cardboard circular bases for them and sprayed them with silver paint. They look the part. I do like my Sontaran.

DOCTOR WHO - My DISPLAY CABINET.

 Hi...Thought to show you my Doctor WHO Display Cabinet showing all the Character Options Figures I've so collected. I built the Display Cabinet some ten years ago and the shelves are 2ft deep- which is ideal for displaying the figures.

It is really good to have the Figures under glass- my Collection isn't as large as some of the English Collectors who have been collecting a lot longer than I have- I'm up to my third month. At present I await the postage of two DALEK, three Voord and one Cybermen. It'll be great to add these new figures to the display.
